Needs soundproofing!!! The thin walls allow for constant disturbances from neighboring rooms, leaving little peace during the stay. Also, the outdated bathroom fixtures could benefit from some modern upgrades!!!

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored breathtaking coastal views along the Cliff Walk and checked out the International Tennis Hall of Fame. The area is full of maritime activities—perfect for sailing or taking scenic harbor cruises. Don't miss the homemade breakfast. it's a must!
One evening, the noise from the neighboring rooms was a bit distracting, which interrupted our relaxation. A little soundproofing would make a difference.

I had a comfy stay in the Queen Room with Garden View. The bed was super cozy, and I loved the cozy decor that made the room feel inviting. The modern amenities were a nice touch, especially the USB sockets. Plus, the view of the garden added a peaceful vibe. Just a heads up, my room needed a bit of maintenance, but it didn’t ruin my stay.

My wife and I took our first trip to Newport this weekend and absolutely loved it! We stayed at the Francis Malbone House and were thrilled with our Queen Room with Garden View. The room was bright and inviting with a cozy decor that made us feel right at home. Plus, the garden view added a serene touch to our mornings. The breakfast and afternoon snacks were delightful, with a variety of options that satisfied our cravings. The location couldn't have been better. we walked everywhere and didn’t need to use our car at all during our trip! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and tended to all our requests.
There was a minor issue with the shower head, but it didn’t affect our stay.

Exceptional Breakfast and Serene Atmosphere
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the gourmet breakfast with its daily changing specials and the inviting ambiance of the inner courtyard garden where we dined. The afternoon tea was a real highlight, featuring exquisite homemade treats that added a special touch to our visit. The staff were remarkably attentive, creating a warm and welcoming environment. However, it would be nice if the rooms had a few more modern updates to improve comfort further.

Couple's Romantic Escape
The staff was warm and had a personal touch , asking how our day went and even celebrating our anniversary with chocolate covered strawberries. I felt like I belonged there , like I was part of something special.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but totally worth it.
